Conference Starts in:
Visa Requirements
Apply online at evisa.gov.az/en/ for a Single entry VISA with 'Science' as purpose
Required documents: Passport photo (JPG format) and personal information
Cost: 20 USD plus service fee (varies by country)
Processing time: 3 working days
Passport validity must extend at least 3 months beyond visa period
Airport Transportation
Aero Express buses: Available from Terminals 1 and 2 to Baku Railway Station (06:00-01:00)
Taxi Services: Baku Taxi (state service) available at Terminal 1, or use apps like Uber, Bolt, 189Taxi, Uklon, YandexTaxi

The Registration is free of charge for Presenter and Attendee
